After losing Rod, I had an overwhelming number of questions; some immediately following his death, others coming later as the many layers of grief revealed (and indeed continue to reveal) themselves.
This is not a chronicle of my journey, but rather a random collection of thoughts and revelations as I contend with these questions and the myriad of secondary losses that come with the territory.
Much of my striving has been of a spiritual nature; some of my entries will reflect that. It is not my intention to debate, attempt to convince, or otherwise promote anything. It’s just my story.
If something in my story resonates with you, and can make you feel not so alone in this abyss we call grief, so be it.
